Install windows on the last screen
Homeowners now pick their install window before they sign. The windows come straight from your dispatch board, so a proposal never promises a day the crew does not have.
- Windows show for the next 14 days, in half-day blocks.
- A window held by a signed proposal disappears from every other open proposal within a minute.
- Turn it off per job type from Settings → Proposals.

Follow-ups name the option they looked at longest
The 48-hour text used to quote the Better option. It now names whichever option the homeowner spent the most time on, with its monthly number. In the first two weeks, replies went up 22 percent.

Saltfork Finance as a second lender
When Keystone Home Credit declines an application, it can now go to Saltfork Finance automatically. The homeowner fills in the form once and sees one answer.
- Set the order of your lenders in Settings → Financing.
- Approvals from either lender show the same way on the proposal.
- Your dealer terms with each lender are unchanged.

Price book changes you can see before they land
Uploading a distributor sheet now shows every system whose margin would move more than two points, before anything changes. Accept them all, or one at a time.

Close rate by tech on the office board
Shop plans now get a board with proposals sent, signed and average ticket for every tech, by month. Open proposals sit underneath, ranked by how recently the homeowner looked at them.

Signatures drawn on older phones
A signature drawn on some phones from 2019 and earlier could come out as a straight line on the PDF. Signatures now record correctly on every phone we could find, and the eleven affected proposals were re-signed with the homeowners.

Proposals open in under a second on a weak signal
The page a homeowner opens from the text message is now a fifth of the size. On a single bar of signal in a basement, it opens in about 0.8 seconds, down from 3.4.
